5FUN! by mom of 4 "kim"

Purchasing a second pair. My 7 year old son really enjoys these. They came in handy during a 2 hour power outage!!! Blue LED lights are bright in eyes of others - watch out.

5Totally Awesome! by >

I am 8 years old. I got 2 pair of these for Christmas. I love them. They really work. My best friend and I play with them outside with our marshmallow guns. We play secret spy and save the world. The head straps are pretty comfortable. You can see really far. I told my mom these are one of the best presents ever.

5Sight For Sore Eyes by B. Current

While my nephew absolutely loved this toy my eyes didn't enjoy the piercing blue LED lights that illuminate under the goggles. I would buy it again but I would make sure to have sun glasses handy for anyone not wearing the goggles.

5don't forget the batteries by coastal gal

My cousin's kids loved these, but I wish I'd known batteries were NOT included. Since I ordered these and had them shipped directly, I didn't see them in person. They need 3 AAA batteries each.

5lots of fun, in and out of the dark by M. Schaffner

My boys are 6 and 12 and they each got a pair for xmas. They play with and without the lights and have a great time. they did put duct tape over the nose arch b/c they said that was a bit uncomfortable, but otherwise adjusts well to each of their heads. the lights are super bright, one on each side. has a flip out magnifier that my 6yo can't quite figure out yet, but my 12 yo says he can see far with it. all in all, they are having lots of fun with them and are more durable than I expected.

5Really BRIGHT, fun, toy for a kid! by LRG

Bought these for my 6 year old nephew for Christmas. After opening all his gifts, this was the first thing he took out of the box and started playing with. The blue lights are REALLY bright, and just as often as you hear "Oh cool!" from other people because of how cute the kid looks with this head gear on, you will also hear "Aauuggh! Stop looking at me!" when those bright blue lights blind someone! Of course, the kid wearing the goggles gets a kick out of it either way - whether he's impressing you with how awesome he looks, or blinding you with the lights! LOL! He especially had fun with the goggles outside after dark. His eight year old and twelve year old sisters were both begging him to let him try them on, as well as his eleven year old boy cousin. The goggles were dropped at least three times on the concrete that I know of, and never even flickered. Continued to work just fine, so I would say they are pretty durable, too. Great present.

5Cool, but awkward to wear on the head by Darlene "Jordan's Mo

The battery pack is on the back, so it weighs down the rear of the band, and it slides off the back of the head and ends up on the back of the neck. The battery pack area is just so heavy. It slides off of my 6 yr old's head, and it doesn't fit his brother well either (and he has a big head, lol). These glasses are so cool though, and the blue lights are very bright and the boys love them.
Here's a tip that we use, and maybe it will be helpful for others who find these glasses not fitting well:

We used a baseball cap, wore it backwards, and turned the rim UP. Then we put the glasses on, over the hat, and the battery pack sits on the turned-up rim of the baseball cap nicely. Sounds odd, but it's easier than it seems. Good luck.

5The kids loved it! by Rita G

I got this for my 6-year-old grandson, who immediately put them on and found dark places. All the kids went outside when it got dark and took turns using the goggles. Had lots of fun, and they looked like aliens!

5Great toy! by PA Mom

I bought this for my 5 year old son for Christmas and he loves it! I can't wait until summer time so he can use it outside in the dark. The only problem he has is, with his head being so small, the strap keeps falling down regardless of how tight we make it. Besides using this for fun, we realized just how practical it is during a recent evening power outage. He loved that he could still play in the dark and find his way throughout the house. The lights are very bright so make sure you don't look directly at them. Great item for the price!

5very nice by SH! "SH"

This little gadget is basic goggles with a very strong led light. the light is no toy. They are comfortable too. May bother some people but my nephew uses it to go to the kitchen at night, takes the scary part out of getting up if they want something from the kitchen or need to go to the bathroom.

5Wild Planet Spy Gear Ngiht Goggles by larjude2

I got these for my 6 year old grandson for Christmas. He had picked them out of a very expensive catalogue and I was able to find them here at a much more reasonable price. Reviews I read had said to be careful about the bright light beam. The reviews are right. Don't let your child shine the light in anyone's eyes. It is BRIGHT and could hurt eyes. I had to order a second one, because his dog got ahold of the first one the first night he got it and damaged it beyond repair. He was very appreciative of the replacement and enjoyed it greatly.

5its fun.. by K. alford

when i got this in the mail for my 6 yr old son. i was thrilled it looked so covert ops! with his daddy serving the country, i though he would love this... he does the head band is uncomfortable he said" the battery pack is heavy and sits on the back of ur head kinda hurts" the light is very bright. its a fun toy to play with in the dark:)

5fun gift by grammy

I got two for my grandsons age 8 and age 11. They loved them and said they were really cool. They look for dark rooms and dark basements so they can use them. If you cant figure out what to get a young boy this is a great idea. They really like the magnifying lense that flips out. This a winner in my book.

5My 7yo loves it! by Jjr

My 7 yo thinks he is sooooo cool with this thing on. He's been a bit afraid of the dark (though he wouldn't readily admit it), so in some small way I hope it helps him conquer that fear. He has fun with it and all his little buddies think it's great. It does slip down a bit, but overall we're happy.

5NOT secret.... by Spencer Novick

I don't get why spy gear would bother to tell a fib. This does not let you complete 'secret' missions, but causes a huge disturbance in the night, so for REAL night vision, undetected by others, get the spy net ones.

5NVG's by Walter G. Goodman

Unfortunately, there were two brands of Night Vision Goggles given to the same grandchild. This one that we gave happened to be the less expensive model with fewer features. These NVG's performed as advertised but the user preferred the other model.

5pretty fun, but for little kids by K. gerber

Let me start off by saying that this toy is for younger kids(6-9, not ideal for kids 10 and up. I got this for my son for Christmas and he loved it. But this was a while ago and now he has moved on to the call of duty night vision goggles. But at the time he loved it and I almost had to take it away at night so wouldn't be up all night. But if you have a 10 or older child this would seem like a toy your aunt who still pinches your cheeks would get you. In my opinion, if you have a younger child (9-6) you should get them. But there are some Cons to these:

They are very bright and could shine in somebody's eye, because the lights are on the outside.
They are difficult to tighten and get loose very easily. Especially with a small child.
The Pros are: They are fun, they are cool for a kids to have, they are durable for the most part, but remember,
THIS IS A TOY!
For the packaging, there is not much to say, it is really straightforward. So go and get this for your kids! They will love it.

5Night goggles by tammy2899

I bought the night goggles as a gift. According to the mother of this child, the little boy loves the goggles. He turns off all the lights in the house and walks around trying to find things.

5Great product for kids, but no nose guard by polsci124

This is really bright, and the lens acts as a zoom-in function, but there is no nose guard and the hard plastic hurts your nose. I am going to try to make my own nose guard

5Great gift by Jyo "Jyo"

Very nice gift to present. I presented it to my cousin who is 6 year old. he loved him. He had good night sleep with those glasses on. He enjoyed. Worthy the money.
Definetely a buy.

5Love this! by Christine L. Bouck

I originally purchased a pair of goggles for a Halloween spy costume. I figured if nothing else the lights would be helpful at night. I could never imagine how much my daughter and the neighborhood kids would love playing with these. And they really work. I tried them on and you can really see a lot. I have now purchased a set for several kids as birthday and Christmas presents. They are well made and hold up to being dropped on hard floors or being fought over. I definitely recommend them!

5Great for Halloween Toys! by Crispy Critter

Now that Trick or treat times were coming up and the house was getting a spooky setting I decided to buy some night time fun toys for my kids. 4 kids in total (3 boys and a girl, ages 4-8) so they could all have fun together. These Spy Gear Night Goggles were an instant hit! They all loved them and I could not get them to sleep at night after they got them. They are too much fun for kids.

5Fun toy by Theodore J. Jackson

This was a fun toy for Christmas morning. Don't know that it has a lot of value beyond that. It is the kind of toy that a kid will be fascinated with for a while but then it's back to playing with the cardboard box.

5Kids love it! by Kimberly J. Karas

Kids ages 5 through 12 tested and approved. Only caution, advise those wearing it not to look anyone directly in the eyes OUCH!

5This is great by David Salazar "jagmi

Had a kids even of over a 100 kids and they loved this. They always wanted to be using it and for the adult staff to use it.

It's true what other reviewers have said the blue light is bright if your looking into it.
But otherwise works great and totally fun, even if your not a kid.

5Fun Spy Gear by Chandra

My son got this for his birthday and all the kids wanted them! I ended up buying 2 more for my other son and my nephew!!! The lights are extremely BRIGHT!!!

5GREAT for a 5 yr old! by Krista "Krista"

My son ADORES this toy! He wants to take it with him everywhere, and while the magnifier can come off, he can easily replace it himself. The lights are very bright, but it honestly just enhances the fun. I am so glad we bought this toy!

5CHRISTMAS by L. Massey

Bought my 3 grandkids these for Christmas. They were a BIG hit, they LOVE them...They are still playing with them and it is May...which is awesome because the things they usually get they put away a few weeks after Christmas.....They have good a good CHEAP toy !!!

5Spy Gear Night Glasses by Mrs. Claus

Fun seekers beware...these are fabulous. Shut the lights out and play hide and seek, check out your fish tank at night, and the amazing night walks especially when you get lucky and see a night critter!!! Parents beware when the kiddo's check you out with these - VERY BRIGHT but what a delight!!! Also, super price point will definitely give as birthday gifts and do not forget the triple AAA's.

5nice but sure toy by Texas mom

My son (9) liked the Christmas present very much, played with it for a day.
This goggles is not really a flashlight or something useful, but at least they do what they suppose to, meanwhile the spy watch he got along with other spy gears is not able to show the correct time - useless.

He definitely looks cool in goggles :).

5cool looking by Caprice Franklin

They are not "true" night vision glasses the are glasses with headlights but the kids enjoyed playing with them non the less.

5Great Gift! by Stacy Summers

My grandson was so excited to get these for Christmas. He loved them and played with them alot....great fun for an adventurous young man!

5Our kids love it. by C. Vargas

Our kids love it. It is just a bit heavy for the smaller kids faces. But they still fight over it.

5Goggles by Ronald S. Tucker

This was listed as night vision goggles. When we got these we realized that these were just goggles with lights on the side. This kind of ruins the point of night vision if you have to turn on the light. This was returned and I would not recommend this product. I think this is the one item that wasn't properly described.

5Waste of time and $$ by loulou

This is a a waste of materials. Lights don't work right. It doesn't do anything. Go to the dollar store and buy a cheap pair of goggles. You'll be better off.

5These are just blue lights. Not night vision. Just junk ! by Bill sweet home oreg

These let you see in the dark. Just like a flashlight ! These are junk ! Not night vision. They light up everything for you and everyone else. Just like a flashlight.
